A Northern Rhone style Syrah with elements of pepper, ripe plum, licorice and herbs, rich and complex with well-defined structure.
Sourced from the steepest slopes of the vineyards’ finest Syrah block, grapes for this port see extended sun exposure, leading to extensive ripening and producing beautifully rich fruit. The fortified wine is barrel aged in neutral oak for four years before release and will continue to mature for a decade or more.

An effusive nose of melon and white flowers is mirrored on the palate, followed by intriguing round creaminess with distinct minerality in the finish.

River White is a refreshing aromatic white wine with intense fruit aromas and flavors of peach and apple. The taste is crisp but not too acidic due to the light sweetness.
An appealing blend of Riesling and Muscat, the two juices are co-fermented at low temperature and in stainless steel to retain their crisp acidity and floral aromatics. After 5 months of aging the wine is fined, filtered and bottled.
River Red is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec & Syrah. This flavorful blend exhibits a wide range of aromas from smoky oak notes to more fruity characteristics such as plum and strawberry jam.

Today we're sharing with you an easy and inviting appetizer. This mushroom toast is a crowd pleaser and a delicious way to start off any meal. Sip our Rock Point Pinot Noir with this dish for a perfect pairing.
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1 pound thinly sliced portobello or cremini mushrooms
• 1 teaspoon chopped thyme
• 2 small garlic cloves, minced
• Salt & Pepper
• Splash of sherry or marsala (optional)
• 1/4 cup crème fraiche or sour cream
• 2 thick slices country bread
• 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Step 1: Heat a wide skillet over high heat. Add mushrooms and cook until lightly browned, 6-8 minutes.
Step 2: Add butter, thyme, and garlic. Stir to coat. Season well with salt and pepper and continue to sauté for a minute more, then add sherry. Add crème fraiche and let mixture simmer 2 minutes.
Step 3: Toast bread slices until golden. Lightly butter and place on plate.
Step 4: Spoon mushrooms and juices over toasted bread. Top with chopped parsley.
