Jolee Tasting Notes
Lightly sweet with natural effervescence, Jolee Rose is a cofermented confection of Muscat, Riesling and Cabernet Franc. Cold fermented to retain the natural CO2 created by the fermentation process; this wine has a soft spritzyness, coupled with complex fruit flavors and crisp acidity. The acid acts as a foil to the wines sweetness providing a clean crisp finish that makes for an eminently enjoyable quaff and a fantastic partner with food.
The Jolee Rose Story
After just moving to Oregon, we were exploring the local restaurants and I fell in love with a light, effervescent, pink Italian wine in Jacksonville. We were young in the wine industry, but I knew we needed to create something with joy and this was it! Rose Jolee was born! What I love about what we created in the Jolee wine is the connection it makes with people. We have a fun product that transcends taste buds and generations. I hope it brings lots of smiles and laughter to many. ~ Jolee Wallace
