2024 Chardonnay

Enjoy the versatility of this refreshing and yet rich wine by pairing it with roasted chicken, crab cakes, lobster rolls, or linguine vongole. For vegetarians, starchy vegetables like corn, pumpkin, or squash and almost anything mushroom-related are excellent companions. 

This 2024 Chardonnay is golden-hued in color and comprised of equal parts Dijon 76 and Dijon 95 clones. It opens with an intense and expressive bouquet of ripe apricot, peach, pear, tropical fruits, fresh lemon zest, and a touch of dill. The palate is round and generous on the attack, carrying a long, sustained finish. Layers of sugar cookie, vanilla, and subtle lees-derived richness add complexity and depth to this beautifully structured Chardonnay.

South facing, our Rogue Valley Vineyard Estate is located at the northern end of the Rogue Valley. With elevations ranging from 700 to 1,800 feet, the primarily ancient volcanic and alluvial fan soils provide well-drained, nutrient-rich soils that are ideal for growing premium wine grapes.

Our Chardonnay is fermented in French oak barrels with 16% in new French oak for additional structure and aromatics, with malolactic fermentation contributing to its creamy texture. The wine was aged on fine lees for 8 months in barrel before bottling, building subtle complexity and a generous, rounded mouthfeel.
