Grown in the Rogue Valley in beautiful Southern Oregon, the terroir that best defines this land is taken from history. The pear orchard that once grew in the same soil as Del Rio Vineyards is epitomized in this vibrant Pinot Gris.
We pick our Pinot Gris at night to take advantage of low temperatures and to prevent oxidation of the juice at pressing. Fermented in stainless steel tanks around 65°F, the wine undergoes partial malolactic fermentation.
