2025 Viognier

Our 100% estate grown 2025 Viognier is grown at the vineyard's lowest elevation in mineral-rich, ancient riverbed soil. Light, pale lemon in color, this Viognier opens with a powerful and persistent nose of Comice pear, white peach, and delicate floral notes of orange blossom and lilac. On the palate, the flavors echo the nose, carried by a fleshy mouthfeel balanced with well-integrated acidity. Subtle hints of coriander spice and mineral notes add complexity, while neutral oak fermentation brings texture and depth, leading to a graceful, lingering finish.
