Fermented in stainless steel at moderate to warm temperatures to preserve fruit character while allowing controlled extraction of color and flavor. Gentle handling minimized tannin extraction, contributing to a soft, approachable structure. The wine was aged in tank, maintaining freshness, purity of fruit, and a bright, fruit-driven style with subtle textural roundness.
