Our 100% Estate grown rosé is pale salmon in color and opens with an expressive floral bouquet layered with aromas of pomelo, fresh strawberry, and melon. The palate is vibrant and refreshing, unfolding into notes of red berries, citrus zest, and hints of tropical fruit. Balanced acidity provides tension and lift, while subtle minerality and delicate herbal nuances carry through a clean, lingering finish with an elegant, smooth mouthfeel.
