2025 Viognier
Our 100% estate grown 2025 Viognier is grown at the vineyard's lowest elevation in mineral-rich, ancient riverbed soil. Light, pale lemon in color, this Viognier opens with a powerful and persistent nose of Comice pear, white peach, and delicate floral notes of orange blossom and lilac. On the palate, the flavors echo the nose, carried by a fleshy mouthfeel balanced with well-integrated acidity. Subtle hints of coriander spice and mineral notes add complexity, while neutral oak fermentation brings texture and depth, leading to a graceful, lingering finish.

This Viognier pairs beautifully with grilled shrimp, seared scallops, or poultry in light sauces. Its bright acidity and creamy texture complement potato leek soup with truffle oil, mild cheeses, or seafood in delicate preparations.
Our 100% estate-grown Viognier is sourced from the vineyard’s lowest elevation, where mineral-rich, ancient riverbed soils impart both vibrancy and depth. Light gold in color, the wine opens with an expressive bouquet of orange peel, apricot, and delicate jasmine. On the palate, layers of citrus, peach, apricot, and honeysuckle unfold, accented by a touch of coriander. Subtle mineral undertones and a gentle creaminess add texture and complexity, leading to a long, graceful finish that makes this Viognier both expressive and memorable.
South-facing at the northern end of the Rogue Valley, our estate ranges from 700 to 1,800 feet in elevation. Ancient volcanic and alluvial fan soils provide excellent drainage and nutrient-rich conditions, ideal for producing premium Viognier.
Crafted from a single clone (01), the grapes are picked early in the morning and direct pressed to preserve aromatics. Fermentation takes place in 100% neutral oak barrels at cool temperatures, maintaining freshness and purity of flavor. The wine rests on fine lees until bottling, building subtle complexity and mouthfeel, with partial malolactic conversion adding balance and richness.
