A limited release, the Birdseye cuvée is made entirely of estate-grown pinot noir grapes from our north facing Birdseye Vineyard. This site was specifically chosen for Pinot Noir due to its elevation, cooler temperatures, and varied soil composition. The resulting cuvée showcases the vineyard’s complexity.
