2025 Pinot Gris

Our 100% estate-grown Pinot Gris is pale straw in color. The 2025 vintage showcases expressive aromatics of ripe pear, lemon chiffon, and quince layered with hints of fresh mint, flinty minerality, and wet stone. The palate is vibrant and energetic, mirroring the beautifully integrated aromas with bright acidity and remarkable balance. Extended lees aging contributes a rich, rounded mouthfeel and uncommon depth, creating a Pinot Gris that is fuller and more textured while maintaining elegance, freshness, and precision.
